Managing change means engaging hearts and minds.

FAABC was founded by Gillian Hughes in 2006. With a background in traditional management consultancy, she has specialised in large technology driven change programmes, primarily about ERP. FAABC was borne out of Gillian's belief that traditional change management approaches only get us so far, often failing to address the human side of change. She has since worked to integrate into traditional change management approaches a keen awareness of human psychology to address critical questions such as: why do people find change so difficult and what can be done to ease the process of change for them?

Background

During her consulting career, Gillian has worked with a number of multi-nationals in a variety of sectors including oil and gas, technology, consumer products and the public sector. She has also worked as a Principal Consultant with Price Waterhouse Coopers and SAP UK, with line management as well as consulting delivery responsibilities.

Gillian has completed an MBA at the CASS Business School and in 2008 will complete an MA in applying a systems-psychodynamic perspective to organisations. She is also a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

Gillian works with a select group of like-minded professionals to deliver larger scale projects.
