Seamless change involves more than simply being a chameleon.

Working as a change manager in your own organization or for another organization can sometimes seem a lonely role! FAABC has set up a peer group network for UK change managers involved in ERP change programmes. It is designed to be a forum where members can come and discuss issues and learnings from their own projects with a peer group, informally and within a learning environment. The FAABC Change Management Network meets two to three times a year for a half-day session at a central location in London.
